Review your comments

Browse notes beside the script or as a list, and filter them by status.

Use Comments to work through the notes on The last door, starting with the open questions.

Click a comment marker in the script’s margin to reveal the Comments panel and the notes for that location. A numbered marker can group several comments on the same block.

With the panel already open, clicking marked comment text highlights its related cards. Clicking that marked text alone does not open a closed panel; use the margin marker or open Comments first.

  1. In the Comments panel header, use Comments settings.
  2. Under View, choose Anchored or List.
View Use it for
Anchored Cards beside the passages they refer to, following the script as you scroll.
List A systematic review grouped by scene, with quoted text and detached threads at the end.

Click a card’s summary to open it. In List, opening an anchored card also scrolls the editor to its passage. If its scene is collapsed, expand it first to see the passage. Click the expanded card’s header to collapse it again.

  1. Use Comments filter.
  2. Choose All, Open or Resolved under Status.

The filter applies to both views. Its dot indicates that the panel is narrowed from All. Choose All to see every thread again.

When you resolve a thread while viewing Open comments, it drops out of the current view but remains available under Resolved or All.

Switch to List and look under Detached. These threads are still stored but no longer have a current text or block location, for example after their passage was removed.

Open a detached card to read it, reply or choose Resolve/Delete. It has no passage to scroll to. Detached cards are outside the Anchored view because there is no remaining location to align them with.

If you cannot find a note, check both the status filter and the selected view.
