Attach a score PDF
Upload a PDF score for a musical number, preview it and replace or remove it.
Attach time-to-go-score.pdf to Time to go so its score is kept with the number.
Upload a score
Section titled “Upload a score”- Open the number’s Manage music control in the Music sidebar.
- In its details, find Integrated score.
- Choose Upload PDF and select the PDF file.
- Wait for the upload to finish.
Manage music control in the Music sidebar.The filename and size appear in the score slot. Each number has one Integrated score PDF slot.
Preview the score
Section titled “Preview the score”Click the attached filename. The app opens its PDF preview. Close the preview to return to the number’s details.
Replace the score
Section titled “Replace the score”Choose Replace PDF and select the revised file. The slot now uses that PDF for the number. Keep any older version you need as a separate file before replacing it.
Remove the attached PDF
Section titled “Remove the attached PDF”- Choose Remove in the Integrated score slot.
- Check the filename in the confirmation.
- Confirm Remove.
The dialog removes the file from this browser and states that the removal cannot be undone. The musical number and its placement remain. You can upload another PDF afterward.
Take the score to another device
Section titled “Take the score to another device”Download a .stepkg package to keep the script with its associated attachments. The .stagistic text format does not include the PDF attachment.
Include it in printed output
Section titled “Include it in printed output”Uploading the score associates it with the number. To prepare the combined PDF, see Include integrated scores.
